Delivery Charges

HL Washrooms deliver across the United Kingdom, and for mainland UK locations, we offer free shipping* on orders over £250 (inc VAT).

* Exclusions apply - an additional shipping fee will be added during the checkout to all orders which include the following items; ceramic urinals, Junior Series Toilets & Basins and hand sanitiser dispensers.

UK Mainland
For orders over £250 (inc VAT), prices include free delivery* to a UK mainland destination. For orders under £250 (inc VAT), there is a UK mainland delivery charge of £19.90 (inc VAT).

Non-Mainland UK
For orders shipped to locations not part of the UK mainland, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, please contact us for a quote - our sales team will be pleased to provide you with a quote for your order and can process the complete order on the phone while you wait.

International Orders
Please contact us for a quote for orders to be shipped outside of the UK - our sales team will be pleased to provide you with a quote for your order and can process the complete order on the phone while you wait.

Online Payments

All our online payments are securely processed via SagePay for your additional security.

Telephone Payments

We accept Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard payments over the telephone. To assist us with fraud prevention you may be asked for additional information prior to your goods being dispatched.
