Warranty

HL Washrooms supply high quality stainless steel janitorial and sanitary ware products which come with excellent warranties.

Product warranties are dependent on the manufacturer, and are displayed on each product in a black box, for example;

Warranties apply for the length of time stated from the Date of Purchase, and cover you against faulty manufacturing and workmanship. In the case of stainless steel products, warranties only apply if the product has been regularly cleaned correctly.

Please Note: If the fault is found to be as a result of vandalism or an incorrect cleaning/maintenance regime, then your warranty may be void. See Stainless Steel Cleaning Care

If a warranty is not specified, the product is covered under a 12 month warranty on parts and manufacturing defects.
